Storyboard/Story change

I found another similar story to mine which was about the moon and its lover. The lover was tricked into going to earth to collect the moon flowers, but the coincidences of going to earth meant the lover could never go back to the moon and was trapped on earth. I really like this story also, i was trying to think of more ways i could try and change my story to this but i couldn't think of an easy way to impose this story without it seeming random. So i kept my old idea, but i wanted it to seem more of a love story because it makes the loss more upsetting.

Disneys 'Ratatouille' storyboard example

I looked into storyboarding, i have various books from Disney and pixar on their storyboards, because i feel they are the most influential. The book i bought is called 'story' by disney and it is a collaboration of various animators work. you can really see the differance between animaters styles, some use colour, some use just black and white, and some just use pictures. All work in my opinion.
I really like the style to the right, its quite different to the way i have been taught in the past. The larger image is more emotion and characters reactions and the bottom two are more about the scenery.
